Administrative Assistant

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team, sales department, and training initiatives. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with hands-on support for a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys helping others succeed, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for leadership and department managers.
- Coordinate internal communications and distribute company announcements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and employee documentation.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative processes for new hires.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital files and company documentation.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Sales Team Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales department.
- Assist with tracking sales metrics, performance reports, and productivity data.
- Monitor CRM data for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and team events.
- Help maintain sales documentation, scripts, and training materials.
- Support managers with scheduling coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Assist with sales contests, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Training & Call Floor Support
- Support the onboarding process for new sales representatives.
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and training materials.
- Assist trainers with administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales representatives needing operational support.
- Help maintain a positive and productive call floor environment.
- Conduct regular check-ins with sales representatives to identify support needs and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Support employee engagement efforts, morale initiatives, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, or sales support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
