ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a small, close-knit team of two who are focused on building strong relationships and making a real impact in the community. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a District Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. That experience showed me how much of a difference I could make by helping people protect what matters most and build generational wealth, which ultimately led me to State Farm.

Community involvement is a big part of our mission. We participate in yearly outreach events with the local fire department, work with Chicago Public Schools to educate teens on safe driving, and partner with the South Suburban Housing Association to help first-time home buyers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Danielle Dixon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
