Job Details
As a Home Furnishing Consultant, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for energetic, driven individuals who enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the perfect furniture, mattresses, and dcor to fit their lifestyle and home.
You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your success is recognized and your growth has no limits.
Earnings & Growth Potential
Top performers have earned over $150,000 at Regency Management Services. Top performers consistently earn over $100,000 annually. First-year Home Furnishing Consultants with no experience earn over $60,000. Unlimited earning potential with performance-based incentives. Paid training and ongoing development designed for your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their furniture and home dcor needs
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer preferences and offering tailored solutions
- Stay current on product features, design trends, and promotions across our brands
- Maintain a visually appealing showroom environment
- Accurately process sales transactions
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall store success
Qualifications
- No experience required our training program is built by successful sales professionals to help maximize your earning potential
- Passion for customer service and relationship-building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
