Responsibilities
- Perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in the CCU.
- Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care to ensure timely, evidence-based interventions.
- Maintain Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among the healthcare team, including assistance from CNAs as applicable.
- Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and respond to deteriorating status with appropriate actions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team to support care planning and continuity.

Requirements
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse.
- Ability to perform professional nursing duties in a CCU/hospital environment.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills for acute/critical care patients.
- Effective communication and teamwork with a diverse care team.
- Availability to work a 13-week travel assignment with 12-hour shifts (3x12s).
