While working closely with the technical support team, this role delivers services requested by our customers to enhance their AMI solution functionalities. Ability to travel approximately 10%. You will report directly to our Software Engineer Manager, and you’ll work out of our Raleigh, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE• 1+ years of experience in customer service or professional services working with customers• 2+ years of experience in working with solutions involving software applications deployed in Azure• 2+ years of experience in Core IP Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, VPN)• 2+ years of experience in working with Firewalls, VPNs (IPSec, SSL), Load Balancing • 2+ years of experience with Oracle or/and MySQL databases, and Microsoft Windows ServerWE VALUE• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems• Experience in business process definition and design to meet overall business objectives. • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure and Software Applications deployed in Azure preferred• Microsoft SQL Server experience• Experience with electricity/gas/water metering and/or electric utilities a plus but not required• Experience with process automation for software applicationsBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
