What You'll Do:
- Safely operate machinery to meet daily production goals.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
Required Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience operating industrial machinery.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus but not mandatory.
Other Requirements:
- Commitment to working scheduled hours: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, Friday - Sunday.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a dynamic setting.
