The Assistant Product Manager supports the execution of marketing and product initiatives across digital, commercial, and sales enablement channels. This role partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver marketing programs, manage tools and systems, and support product launches and lifecycle activities. The position combines hands-on marketing execution with exposure to product marketing, market research, and go-to-market coordination.

What You'll Do:

• Execute day-to-day marketing operations across digital channels, including websites, email, paid media, social media, and integrated campaigns.
• Create and manage marketing content and communications for email, digital advertising, social platforms, product notices, and sales materials.
• Support marketing automation, CRM, and reporting efforts, including campaign execution, performance tracking, and analytics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Manage marketing and sales enablement tools and systems, including PIM, SalesNet, customer/product data requests, and shared inboxes.
• Provide sales and event support, including samples, giveaways, trade show coordination, logistics, and Salesforce lead uploads.
• Support product marketing initiatives such as product launches, lifecycle updates, pricing communications, and market and competitive research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of product and marketing fundamentals, including product lifecycle management, market research, and pricing strategy.
• Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools, and performance reporting or analytics platforms preferred.
• Exposure to POS, shipment, or market data tools (e.g., IRI, NPD, or similar) is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–35% as business needs require.
