Position: Cookie Baker / Dough Maker
Location: 1851 Madison Ave; Suite 702 Council Bluffs, IA
Type: Part-time
Schedule: Flexible 9-2 during the week and 7:30-4:15 Saturdays
What You'll Do
- Prepare and mix cookie dough following our signature recipes.
- Portion, and shape cookies for baking.
- Bake cookies to perfection, ensuring consistent quality and appearance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with a fun and friendly team to meet production goals.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for baking and a love for cookies!
- Previous baking experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset.
