Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant that would be interested in a 13 week, full-time contract opportunity in Mount Vernon, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Schedule
40 hours per week guaranteed
8 AM - 4:30 PM
Mileage reimbursement for all visits
Duration
13 weeks (extension likely)
Requirements
- 2+ year of experience as Physical Therapist Assistant
- Limited to no requested time off
- IL PTA License
- Home health experience preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
- HCHB experience preferred
- ASAP start
