You'll work directly with merchants, product developers, and cross-functional teams to transform Member feedback into decisions that shape products, packaging, innovation, and the Member experience.This is a senior-level, hands-on individual contributor role. You'll independently own the complete research lifecycle—from defining business questions and selecting the appropriate methodology to programming studies, analyzing data, interpreting statistical results, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
