Job Opportunity: Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician

Our organization is actively looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to become a part of our established practice at the Mercyhealth East Clinic in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Departmental Scope:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits.
• Work in conjunction with a robust referral network of specialty providers.
• Access integrated hospital, specialty, and ancillary services within our health system.
• Thrive in a supportive, team-oriented clinic environment with experienced nursing and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
• Strong dedication to patient-centered, collaborative care.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive initial salary guarantee transitioning to a production-based model after the first year, along with an exceptional benefits package:

• Salary range: $270,000 - $325,000.
