Behavioral Health Clinician I Impactful Counseling
One Community Health
One Community Health in Midtown Sacramento is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician I to provide counseling to individuals, families, and groups under supervision. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess progress and adapt treatment plans in a compassionate, trauma-informed framework.
You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care, make referrals when needed, and support clients toward recovery and well-being in a community health setting.
