Event Assistant

Luxe Interiors + Design is seeking an energetic, and highly organized Event Assistant to support the Events Team, in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate is able to travel, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and exceptional execution are essential. The position reports directly to the EVP, Design Futurist, SANDOW DESIGN GROUP. Key Responsibilities Event Support Manage event invitations, RSVPs, and logistics for Luxe events. Coordinate planning and execution of partner events in collaboration with the respective sales teams. Track and fulfill contractual event obligations for events sold by the Sales Teams. Maintain inventory and fulfillment tracking for event-related materials and assets. Provide on-site event support, including event set-up, coordination, troubleshooting, and brand representation at select Luxe and industry events. Assist with venue coordination, vendor communications, timelines and post event follow up as needed. Administrative & Communication Support Create presentations, reports and supporting materials using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Coordinate video conferencing logistics using platforms such as Zoom. Support event promotion and audience engagement through digital media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. About the Ideal Candidate Resides in the Los Angeles area and willing to travel as needed. Passion for media, publishing, advertising, luxury brands and events. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills—confident in presentations, written correspondence, and client interactions. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
