Head of performance marketing in EdTech

Текущая оценка компании — $15 млн. Мы создаём персонализированный опыт обучения и активно выходим на глобальный рынок. Сейчас мы ищем Head of Performance Marketing, который возглавит платное привлечение пользователей, построит масштабируемую систему performance-маркетинга и поможет Oki стать одним из лидеров глобального EdTech-рынка. Задачи Разработка и реализация стратегии платного привлечения пользователей. Запуск, управление и масштабирование рекламных кампаний в Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads и других каналах. Управление рекламными бюджетами и оптимизация CAC, ROAS, LTV и окупаемости привлечения. Построение системы аналитики, атрибуции, A/B-тестирования и оптимизации рекламных кампаний. Совместная работа с креативной командой над созданием и тестированием высокоэффективных рекламных материалов. Формирование и развитие performance marketing-команды. Поиск новых каналов роста и масштабирование успешных рекламных связок на международных рынках. Требования Ищем бывших сотрудников Jobescape, Genesis, consumer и language learning продукты с $100k+ MRR. От 3 лет опыта в performance-маркетинге, желательно в B2C-приложениях, EdTech или подписочных продуктах. Подтверждённый опыт управления рекламными бюджетами от $10 000 в месяц (желательно от $100 000). Глубокое знание Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads и инструментов аналитики и атрибуции. Уверенное понимание CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention, Incrementality и юнит-экономики. Опыт масштабирования рекламных кампаний с сохранением положительной юнит-экономики. Системный подход к тестированию гипотез, рекламных креативов и каналов привлечения. Предпринимательское мышление, высокая ответственность за результат и скорость реализации. Условия KPI-бонусы за достижение результатов. Опционы на долю в компании. Для исключительных кандидатов — возможность получения 1–2%+ доли в компании с текущей оценкой $15 млн. Карьерный рост до позиции CMO. Работа с одной из сильнейших growth‑команд региона и инженерами с опытом работы в Higgsfield и Zimran.
