Registered DietitianLong-Term Care (LTC) experience is preferred for this position. This role requires 8 hours per week onsite, and candidates with experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality focused on Education, Communication and Guest experience.Requirements:• BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics (Masters Preferred)• Registered Dietitian and Licensed RD• Experience with specialized nutritional dining software required• Experience in a Contract Dining facility setting preferred• Electronic Medical Records• Nutrition EducationMetz Culinary Management Values are what separates us from the competition.
