Electrical Service Account Manager

A growing electrical contractor is looking for an experienced Electrical Service Account Manager to join its expanding Service & Special Projects team in San Antonio.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing electrical service accounts and small-to-mid-size projects, acting as the key link between clients, field teams and the wider business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage commercial electrical service accounts, repairs and special projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate electricians, field supervisors, subcontractors, materials and scheduling
• Prepare quotes and estimates for service and project work
• Conduct site visits to scope work and meet with clients
• Track project budgets, schedules and deliverables
• Identify opportunities for repeat and additional business
• Maintain accurate project, invoicing and client records
• Support business development and client outreach

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years' experience within electrical service, construction, account management or project management
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and service work
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with estimating/project management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Journeyman electrical license or strong field background preferred
• Experience working with commercial, government or institutional clients is advantageous
