We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in our day-to-day logistics and inventory operations. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse settings, is comfortable using forklifts, can manage a small team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse operations

• Pick and stage orders for customer delivery or pickup with accuracy.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

• Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and securely.

• Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory in assigned locations.

• Receive incoming inventory, inspect for accuracy and condition, and enter into our wireless warehouse system.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

• Comfortable using handheld scanners and wireless inventory systems.

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

• Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance.
