As a mission engagement specialist, you use your specialized operational, language and functional experience and your attention to detail to assist users in the usage and adoption of mission capabilities, to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security. As an intelligence professional on our team, you’ll help your client understand mission application capability requirements to support operational needs. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new mission capabilities, define how they support user needs, and author and conduct training courses to educate users on how to get the most from the capabilities. You’ll analyze user feedback and metrics to inform the development of new capabilities and user support mechanisms to optimize the use of the tools. As the authority on operational needs, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. You’ll share your expertise with other intelligence professionals through leadership and mentoring. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
