Bartender

Bartender (Seasonal, Part-Time) Providing fast, friendly beverage service at PNC Field during Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders events. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner. Prepare all beverage items for sale in the station. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and comply with company and PLCB regulations. Process high‑volume transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems. Maintain safe, secure, sanitary working conditions and leave work area clean and orderly. Coordinate with Concessions Supervisors and Runners about inventory levels for uninterrupted bar service. Properly account for all bar stock on bar sheets, opening and closing inventory, including recording waste/spoilage. Qualifications Previous customer service or guest services experience preferred. Experience in live entertainment, sports, or hospitality settings is an asset. Knowledge of alcohol service and mixing drinks preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to provide fast, friendly, efficient service in a high‑pressure, high‑volume setting. Ability to operate POS systems and electronic payments. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs. Ability to check identification and adhere to responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Flexibility to adjust to last‑minute changes and operational needs. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, and work in varying environmental conditions including heat and sun exposure. Licenses & Certifications RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) required. Physical Demands Stand for long periods and work in loud, crowded environments. Lift up to 25 lbs.
