What you'll do Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care Follow each resident's care plan and document the care you give Do regular rounds so every resident gets steady, personal attention Help residents at mealtimes and with walking, transfers, and equipment Report changes in a resident's condition to the nurse Share what each resident likes so the whole team can give better care What you'll need Required: Active New Jersey CNA certification High school diploma or GED 18 or older Preferred: Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
