Programs include residential and outpatient addiction treatment, recovery services, prevention education, and community programming. CRW offers culturally competent, evidence-based programs and services that strengthen individuals and communities, enhance resiliency, and foster lasting recovery.We are seeking a full-time experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to perform nursing duties including client assessment, medication administration and oversight, and psychoeducation. The LPN will effectively interreact with clients, visitors, and other treatment team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.ResponsibilitiesAssess the medical status of existing clients, and refer them for outside medical care when appropriatePerform ongoing assessmentsMonitor the physical health needs of patients receiving ancillary withdrawal servicesFollow physician orders in a timely manner and maintain high standards of client careAdminister medications as prescribed and monitor for adverse effectsAvailable for support to residents and for oversight and documentation of assisted self-medicationDispose of all discontinued medication in compliance with regulationsParticipate in the orientation of clients to the program and facilityInteract with medical health care providers, oversee medical appointments, referrals, and follow-up appointmentsMaintain the standards of accurate and complete recording and reporting of client filesResponsible for maintaining adequate stock of supplies and equipmentAssist in maintaining systems for medication tracking and any data reporting related to client medical/health informationServe as primary point of contact for external organizations and/or vendors used primarily by the Medical Office.Attend regularly scheduled staff and program, meetings; attend professional and community meetings to effectively secure available services for clients.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
