Job Description
- A Concrete Polishing and Epoxy Flooring Installer prepares concrete surfaces, operates specialized equipment, and installs polished concrete and resinous flooring for commercial and industrial clients. This hands-on role requires reliability, attention to detail, and pride in quality work. Team members follow safety procedures, keep job sites clean and organized, and learn advanced installation techniques. The work is physical and varies by project, offering opportunities to build skills with different tools and equipment. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn—experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
