Two immediate openings are available for dedicated Social Workers to support either a middle school or elementary school setting. This full-time position runs through June 10, 2027, with a consistent weekday schedule of 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.

Candidates will provide vital resources, counseling, and advocacy for students and families, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. Your days will be spent onsite, collaborating closely with school staff and engaging directly with students who benefit from your expertise and passion.

Ideal applicants should possess:

• An active MSW license in Pennsylvania
• Experience working within a school setting
• Ability to secure and complete PA clearances
• One of the following: a valid, active PA School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate (or eligibility for an emergency permit) OR be an LSW/LCSW enrolled in a PDE-approved program
• Readiness to work within an urban school community

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering individual and group counseling sessions to address students’ emotional, behavioral, and social needs
• Developing strategies and interventions in collaboration with educators and families
• Conducting crisis intervention and referrals when necessary
• Maintaining accurate documentation while safeguarding confidentiality
• Supporting positive school climate initiatives
