Patient Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Boca Raton, FL | Full‑Time
Saturdays Required : 8:20am - 2:30pm
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently in English and Spanish.
- Explain procedures, benefits, and financial options in a patient‑friendly way.
- Train front-desk team (2–3 people) on communication, scripts, and patient experience. Role playing.
- Improve case acceptance through strong follow-up and clear messaging.
- Handle new patient calls, scheduling, and treatment questions.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of dental front-office or treatment-coordination experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
- Strong communication and patient-education skills.
- Confident discussing treatment, insurance basics, and financial options.
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
