Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,423–$2,543 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour days Start date: 10/05/2026 Work setting: Outpatient physical therapy in a hospital-affiliated rehabilitation program Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments for outpatient clients, with emphasis on orthopedic-related needs when applicable. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and modify goals as needed. Provide direct care to approximately 8–10 patients per day, using evidence-based therapies, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriate. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies; coordinate discharge planning as appropriate. Document therapy sessions thoroughly in accordance with hospital and payer requirements; communicate with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress and barriers.
