CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Description Position Title: Customer Service Representative Department: Operations -TX Rendering Division Location: Mt. Pleasant, TX Reports to: Terminal Manager Shift Time: Monday through Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm (Hours may change depending on task completion and driver or customer needs) Position Summary The Customer Service & Operations Coordinator supports logistics and transportation functions by managing customer communication, entering weekly billing, entering weekly driver payroll, and documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Documentation & Reporting Maintain payroll and billing documents and submit them weekly Working in TMW to ensure trips are completed correctly Additional Responsibilities Support logistics and operations teams with various tasks as needed Perform other duties as assigned Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
