Schedule (days/hours) \ Thursday 8-5 \ Responsibilities \ \ Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day. \ Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support. \ Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs. \ Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry. \ Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications \ \ DDS or DMD from an accredited school \ Active state dental license (or in process) \ Orthodontic Specialty Certificate
