Regional Director of Operations - Western Central Washington Must have Washington State Independent Mental Health License: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC Location Requirement: Must reside between South Seattle to Olympia (regional travel required) Not remote. Hybrid role. Must be visiting programs 3-4 days per week. Compensation: Starting salary range: $157,519.25 - $194,565.62 annually Full range up to $231,611.98 Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
