Job Description
SIMS Telecom Consultants is expanding our field sales team across NYC and North Jersey . This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor role for people who are coachable, consistent, and ready to work.
Door-to-door sales isn’t for everyone—but if you want a professional sales environment (solar/real estate level standards), structured coaching, and the opportunity to build real sales skill and income, this is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Work assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face-to-face
- Present telecom solutions and close new customer accounts
- Follow a structured script and sales process (we train you)
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and compliance on every order
- Track activity and performance (daily/weekly accountability)
Who This Is For
- You’re comfortable working in the field and talking to strangers daily
- You can handle rejection and stay consistent
- You’re coachable and willing to follow a proven process
- You want performance-based income and growth
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation strongly preferred
- Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
Compensation
This is a commission-based 1099 role with monthly payouts and bonus potential .
Earnings vary by performance and consistency (not guaranteed).
