Payroll Director

What You Will Do Direct and oversee daily payroll operations Lead and support payroll staff Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing Maintain compliance with federal and state payroll laws Support union contract payroll administration Maintain payroll records and reporting systems Assist Human Resources and Accounting with payroll reporting and data requests Support benefit administration oversight Help guide Human Resources operations in the absence of HR leadership when needed What You Will Bring Payroll leadership experience Healthcare payroll experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage confidentiality with professionalism and integrity Knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting requirements Experience working in unionized environments preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred CPP or FPC certification preferred or expected Why This Role Matters In rural healthcare, every department matters because every person matters.
