Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $22/hour
• Shift Rotation Available:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM (training shift)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
• Training: Start on 1st shift for ~1 month, then transition

What You'll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality labels:

• Operate production and printing machinery to create sticker labels
• Perform rewind and inspection tasks to ensure product quality
• Monitor machines and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
• Adjust settings and make minor machine corrections to maintain efficiency
• Package finished products accurately for shipment
• Follow daily production schedules and meet output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of machine operator experience in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production machinery and workflows
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in printing, labels, or similar production environments
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and production schedules
• Flexibility to work shifts after training

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in label printing or packaging production
• Experience in general labor or manufacturing roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven reliability and attendance

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
