Litigation Paralegal
$45 per hourIreland Stapleton
Description The Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process, from case initiation through trial. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in federal and state court procedures, trial preparation, and coordinating complex litigation matters. This position is not remote; however, eligibility for a hybrid schedule may be considered after completion of the initial training period. Responsibilities $45 Qualifications • 5-7+ years of paralegal experience in complex civil litigation
• Strong experience supporting both federal and state court litigation
• Deep knowledge of Colorado court rules, procedures, and filing requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Outstanding technology aptitude and literacy
• Experience with legal research tools, eDiscovery platforms, and document management systems
• Strong experience supporting both federal and state court litigation
