Overview Morgan Lewis seeks to hire a rising third year law student (2027 JD) as a Fall2027 entry‑level associate in our technology, outsourcing & commercial (TOC) transactions practice, resident in either our Philadelphia or Los Angeles office. This position will work solely with the TOC transactions practice group. Responsibilities Work exclusively with the TOC transactions practice group. Qualifications Third year law student expected to graduate 2027 (JD). Excellent academic credentials. Strong organization, writing, and analytical skills. Experience or demonstrated interest in AI, technology, and innovation. Strong interest in strategic commercial deals in retail, life sciences, financial services, and sports industries. Must be eligible to take the bar exam, or currently barred, in the resident jurisdiction. Compensation For positions in California at the commencement of employment, the salary wage range is $225,000. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.
