Ability to work with a computer keyboard or touch screen. Motor coordination for handling food and equipment. General Job Duties Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients and maintain inventory. Prepare product and receive deliveries. Process telephone orders and take on‑site orders. Clean equipment and facility daily. Maintain safety standards and handle hazardous materials as required. Work Conditions Work may involve varying weather, temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+, fumes, and exposure to cornmeal dust. Employees may work in cramped walk‑in cooler areas, handle hot surfaces up to 500°F, and operate moving mechanical parts.
