Learn more about our company and what we are building at We are hiring a Dishwasher / Prep Team Member for our Fort Mill l ocation. This role is focused on cleanliness, organization, and supporting the kitchen team through daily prep and production. You will help maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, dish area, floors, trash areas, and equipment while also supporting batch prep, product organization, receiving orders, and putting away deliveries. This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in keeping a kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service. Pay starts at $13 per hour , and with shared tips, team members typically earn $16 to $19 per hour. What You’ll Do Wash dishes, smallwares, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift Keep the dish area clean, organized, and moving efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, restrooms, trash areas, and shared spaces Sweep, mop, and reset floors throughout the shift and at closing Remove trash and maintain clean trash areas Assist with batch prep, portioning, and basic production tasks Help label, date, organize, and rotate product using first in, first out practices Put away deliveries and organize storage areas, walk ins, dry storage, and prep spaces Keep cleaning supplies, dish chemicals, and sanitation tools organized and used properly Support opening, closing, and shift cleaning responsibilities Work with urgency and stay productive in a fast paced kitchen Communicate with the team when dishes, product, or supplies are needed What You’ll Bring A strong work ethic and willingness to handle physical, hands on work Dependability, punctuality, and a team first attitude Comfort working around a busy kitchen, dish area, and prep environment Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety Ability to follow direction and complete tasks with consistency Willingness to help with prep, cleaning, stocking, and deliveries as needed Ability to stand for long periods, lift, bend, carry, mop, and move with urgency A positive attitude and pride in keeping the restaurant clean and ready for service Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay plus shared tips Fast paced, team focused environment Hands on training and clear expectations Opportunity to grow within a growing company Staff meals and employee discount perks #J-18808-Ljbffr Bossy Beulah's Fort Mill
