Talent Solution Enablement Coordinator
Location: Boise, ID (onsite),

Hours : Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 8 Hours)

Kelly is seeking an organized and systems-savvy Talent Solution Enablement Coordinator to support our client’s Global Talent Partnering & Programs team. In this pivotal role, you’ll streamline communication and operational excellence across enterprise talent programs for a world-class organization. Key Responsibilities:
Communications Enablement
- Draft, coordinate, and distribute internal communications for global talent initiatives, ensuring consistent and timely messaging.
- Support the launch and deployment of talent programs with engaging internal campaigns and communications.
- Translate complex program updates into clear, audience-specific content for stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage communication calendars and ensure aligned messaging across all regions.
Systems Enablement & Operations
- Administer and optimize HR and talent systems (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Viva, ServiceNow), ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Assist with system updates, feature rollouts, and process optimization.
- Develop user guides, job aids, FAQs, and training materials for tools and processes.
- Act as point of contact for system queries, escalating technical issues when necessary.
- Support process documentation and help enable self-service delivery mechanisms for stakeholders.
Talent Analytics Support
- Compile and format talent dashboards and data reports to aid workforce planning and program visibility.
- Maintain accurate data entry for reliable talent reporting.
- Collaborate with program leads to document metrics frameworks and support data-driven presentations.
Program Governance & Coordination
- Track milestones, action items, and dependencies across talent initiatives.
- Organize team meetings, working sessions, and program reviews—managing agendas, taking notes, tracking follow-ups, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, and program trackers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in HR coordination, talent operations, or a related support role.
- Proven ability to draft, coordinate, and distribute internal communications.
- Proficiency with HR/talent systems: Workday, Azure, Microsoft Viva, ServiceNow, etc.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and experience with collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to change in a global team environment.
