Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity at Blue Swell

ResponsibilitiesAs a Housekeeping Supervisor at Blue Swell, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties are spotless and guest-ready. You’ll oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring cleaning standards are met and schedules run smoothly. Your day-to-day will include supervising housekeeping staff, conducting inspections of cleaned areas, and addressing any issues promptly to maintain our high standards.
This role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and occasionally assisting with hands-on cleaning tasks when needed. Your leadership will help create a positive and productive environment for the housekeeping team.
QualificationsWe’re looking for a candidate who:
- Has strong organizational and communication skills.
- Can lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- No prior experience is required, but a passion for hospitality and a proactive attitude are essential.
