Own the result.What We Offer:Competitive payCompany vehicle, tools, and equipment providedStable, year-round work — no seasonal layoffsMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPTO and paid holidaysOngoing training and supportRoom to grow — we promote from withinWhat You'll Do:Lead residential HVAC installations from arrival to final walkthrough — furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork — installed to code, manufacturer specs, and industry standardsLead and train your installation assistant on every jobDeliver a 5-star customer experience that exceeds the expectations set by the SRM or Comfort Advisor — communicating before, during, and after the install, and making sure the customer is fully prepared to operate their new systemProtect and care for the customer's home throughout the installation processPerform thorough start-up and testing of installed systems; complete and sign the Safety, Quality, and Assurance ReportComplete the Job Site Hazard Analysis Report (JHAR) before beginning work, and follow all safety proceduresMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials used; communicate issues and replenishment needs to the Project Management Team at job completionCollaborate with team members and project managers to complete installations on scheduleRequirements:What We're Looking For:2+ years of HVAC installation experience (required)EPA certification (required)Exceptional communication and customer service skills — you set the tone for the crew and the customerStrong problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)Must be able to pass a background check and drug screeningWillingness to work hours outside the normal schedule when neededMust be 18 years of age or older to applyWorking Conditions:Regularly works indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. Requires climbing, heavy lifting, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching; ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces; ability to lift 50 lbs and push, pull, or maneuver heavier items; occasional work from heights of 15 feet or higher.The Opportunity:This role is ideal for an installer who's ready to lead.
