Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse

The Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse cares for women during labor and childbirth. The RN monitors the baby and the mother. The RN coaches mothers and assists doctors. The RN prepares women and their families for the stages of giving birth. The RN helps patients with breastfeeding after the baby is born. The Birthing Center averages 200 births per month.
