Packer

We are looking for a dependable Packer to work in a GMP/cleanroom manufacturing facility packaging medical products.

Job Responsibilities:

Pack finished medical packaging products according to specifications
Verify labels, part numbers, and packaging configurations
Perform visual inspections and seal checks
Complete packing records, counts, and SAP documentation accurately
Communicate quality issues, material shortages, and production concerns
Maintain production pace and meet daily production goals
Assist with line clearance and product changeovers
Follow all GMP, ISO, FDA, and company quality procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work Environment:

GMP manufacturing facility

Employees will wear scrubs

When entering the cleanroom, employees will be fully gowned

Strict cleanroom and PPE requirements

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
Ability to lift and carry 35–50 lbs
Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and twisting
Must be comfortable working with sensitive medical products
PPE includes safety glasses, hairnets, and protective footwear
