Bookkeeping & Communications Associate

An outsourced bookkeeping and CFO services firm is seeking a strong, full-time Bookkeeping & Communications Associate to join its office team. This role is ideal for someone assertive, strategic, and comfortable interacting directly with clients alongside leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for client accounts
Perform financial analysis and support reporting needs
Work directly with clients on financial and operational matters
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal teams
Support the owner with client-facing and financial initiatives
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong bookkeeping and financial analysis skills
High proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
Confident, professional communication style
Assertive and comfortable working independently
Smart, ambitious, and detail-oriented
Experience in an outsourced accounting environment is a plus

Salary: $80k - $100k/Year
