Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from engineering through installation and startup.
Communicate with customers regarding technical requirements, site conditions, installation needs, controls, and production schedules.
Provide technical oversight of engineering and installation activities, including review of drawings, calculations, scope, and work standards.
Coordinate engineering, material procurement, fabrication, installation, and startup activities to maintain project schedules.
Track project scope, schedule, technical progress, and budget throughout execution.
Identify and communicate technical, schedule, and cost issues to customers and internal teams.
Support change orders, proposals, estimating, and technical/cost evaluations.
Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate personnel resources.
Provide on-site project leadership and coordinate company personnel, customers, contractors, and other trades.
Maintain compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 2-year technical or associate degree.
3+ years of experience with fluid or thermal system/equipment design.
3+ years of project management experience involving construction or industrial process installation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
Experience with AutoCAD.
Ability to manage projects independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 35%, including overnight travel.

Mechanical Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Food Science
Project Management
Experience with sanitary food-processing systems/equipment.
Experience with fluid, thermal, filtration, or process systems.
Experience managing industrial/process installation projects.
Travel & Site Requirements:
Approximately 35% travel.
Primarily throughout the Midwest U.S., with additional U.S. travel.
Occasional international travel.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a passport and meet requirements for work travel to Canada.
Must be comfortable working in industrial plant environments.
Ability to walk, climb ladders, bend, and lift/carry up to 35 lbs. is helpful.
