Bilingual Tele-Nutrition Educator for Chronic Care
Momsmeals
Mom's Meals is seeking a Nutrition Educator to provide telephonic nutrition education to members with chronic conditions, helping them select, prepare and eat meals that fit their health goals. You will collaborate with members to explore nutrition issues and connect them with resources in their community. The role requires a BS in Nutritional Science or Dietetics, RD licensure, Spanish fluency, and at least two years of counseling experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Momsmeals
