Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,090-$3,600 Start Date: 11/1/2026 Duration: 24 weeks Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime coverage with restricted weekday call and weekend/holiday call Shift Duration: 10-hour shifts Hours Per Week: 40 Setting: Level III trauma center Case Mix: Trauma, NICU, cardiac, GI, neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics, general surgery, and bariatrics Location: Tomball, Texas, in the Houston metro area Job Requirements Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology Active Texas medical license or eligibility to practice in Texas Prior anesthesiology experience preferred; new graduates may be considered Ability to work in a care team model and supervise CRNAs Comfort managing a broad range of surgical and high-acuity cases Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services across a wide variety of surgical specialties Supervise 1 to 3 operating rooms within a care team model Participate in weekday restricted call and weekend/holiday call coverage Collaborate with CRNAs, surgeons, and clinical staff to deliver safe, efficient patient care Support anesthesia care for trauma, specialty, and complex surgical cases Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality, and professional communication Apply now to join this locum tenens anesthesiology job in Tomball, Texas, and make an impact in a high-acuity hospital setting near Houston.
