Deliver exceptional care: Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to help patients restore function and prevent disability following injury or illness.

Maximize patient outcomes: Assist patients in achieving their highest possible level of performance and function.

Lead & collaborate: Coordinate, delegate, and supervise tasks assigned to support staff, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Contribute to excellence: Participate in departmental operations, performance improvement activities, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.

Financial stewardship: Provide input in budgeting, monitor department performance against budget, and take proactive steps to maintain financial goals.

Ensure safety & compliance: Engage in infection control, equipment training, safety, and fire safety programs to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

What we're looking for:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy (required).

Licensure / Certification: Active Colorado Physical Therapy License (required). Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required).

Experience: 2 years of experience working with patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings (strongly preferred).
