Visit us online for more information about the amazing ways we're making a difference.Job SummaryOperate automatic dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensilsManually wash large or delicate items as requiredMaintain proper chemical levels and safe operation of dishwashing equipmentEnsure proper sorting, stacking, and storage of clean dishware and utensilsRemove trash and recycling from kitchen and service areas regularlyBreak down and clean dish machine at end of shiftSweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain sanitation standardsClean and sanitize work surfaces, prep tables, shelving, and storage areasAssist with maintaining organization of walk-ins, dry storage, and shelving areasSupport kitchen team with moving supplies, deliveries, and restocking items as neededAssist with unloading deliveries when assignedMaintain awareness of safety hazards and report concerns to supervisorsFollow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all timesUse proper personal protective equipment when handling chemicals or cleaning equipmentParticipate in daily shift briefings and follow assigned cleaning schedulesDemonstrate teamwork by supporting culinary team members during peak service periodsFollow safe work practices including Emergency Procedures, Accident Reporting, OSHA Compliance, and Bloodborne Pathogen ProceduresAttend meetings and training sessions as requiredComply with all policies outlined in the Handbook, Property Supplement, or otherwise issued including time and attendance expectations, uniform standards, anti-harassment policy, and workplace conductCompensationThis is an hourly, onsite position with opportunity for full time hours and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
