Clinical Dietitian - Clinical Nutrition (Travel) - Fortuna, California, United States. Start date 06/15/2026 for a temporary travel assignment lasting several weeks. Weekly pay: $1,733-$1,866 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: 5x8 days. Inpatient clinical nutrition service in an acute-care setting with ongoing orientation and cross-site duties.

Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and reassessments for a wide age range, including neonatal through geriatric, using NFPE as appropriate
- Manage enteral nutrition tube feeds and total parenteral nutrition (TPN), including monitoring for complications
- Implement therapeutic diet orders and address nutrition therapy complications, including risks such as refeeding syndrome
- Support diabetes management (including insulin and DKA) and renal disease management; oversee fluid and electrolyte balance
- Contribute to wound/pressure injury nutrition planning, address malnutrition, and consider critical-care nutrition needs (e.g., patients requiring pressors)
- Provide nutrition support across pediatric to geriatric populations, addressing tube feeding, TPN, and oral intake issues; participate in food safety audits as required

Requirements
- Active California RD/RDN license and RD/RDN credential
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nutrition experience
- Epic charting experience
- Ability to float between Eureka and Redwood locations (approximately 20 miles apart)
- RTO restriction: no more than 7 days
