What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews
• Collaborate with psychiatric and medical teams to coordinate inmate mental health care
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Perform routine rounds to monitor inmate adjustment and mental health needs
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support to inmates as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance treatment outcomes
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and mental health standards

What You Need:

• Valid licensure or board eligibility in psychology
• Prior experience in correctional mental health or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
