Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Conduct intermediate fetal monitoring
• Provide advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS)
• Perform neonatal resuscitation program (NRP)
• Execute basic life support (BLS)
• Fulfill role of O.R. circulator
• Assist with cesarean sections and BTLs/salpingectomies

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Current ACLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Current BLS certification
• Intermediate fetal monitoring experience
• O.R. circulator experience
