Position Overview We are hiring forex desk traders for our structured trading program. You will trade firm capital across global currency pairs with defined risk guidelines, professional coaching, and a clear path to scaling your allocation based on trading performance and consistency. Location: Nashville, TN Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments Key Responsibilities Trade global currency and digital asset markets with firm-allocated capital Monitor economic releases, monetary policy decisions, and risk-on/off market regimes Combine technical and fundamental analysis to identify high-probability trade setups Manage exposure across pairs and time horizons with disciplined risk parameters Review session-by-session performance and adjust trading approach based on data Optionally collaborate with fellow currency and crypto traders within the firm Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of active trading in options, forex, or related markets Strong intuition for risk and the discipline to act on it consistently Comfort operating in volatile or uncertain market regimes Coachable and motivated to improve through review and iteration Trading‑capable workstation with stable internet connectivity Bonus: experience using charting tools, backtesters, or automated execution platforms Position Details Independent contractor (1099) with no fixed salary and no profit cap Earn 60% to 90% of trading profits, with splits stepping up at each firm tier Trade up to $50,000 of firm capital from day one, scaling to $500,000+ over time Fully remote and asynchronous — align your trading hours with your edge Capital increases evaluated every two months based on documented results Additional details and tier benefits shared during interviews Our Work Culture We believe in empowering traders to take ownership of their performance.
